As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the fastest way to gain Crafting experience in Old School RuneScape (OSRS) may have changed due to game updates or changes in the meta. However, I can provide you with some general methods that were efficient for gaining Crafting experience at that time. Please check the OSRS community forums or in-game resources for the most up-to-date information: 
 

1. Dungeoneering Crafting: Crafting cosmic or nature runes in Daemonheim while training Dungeoneering can provide a good amount of Crafting XP. You can craft these runes on the altars found within Daemonheim dungeons. This method offers relatively high XP rates compared to other methods.

2. Glassblowing: Crafting molten glass into various glass items like vials, orbs, and lantern lenses is a fast way to gain Crafting experience. You can also make unpowered orbs and then charge them with magic for additional XP.

3. Leather Crafting: Crafting dragonhide bodies, chaps, or vambraces can yield decent XP rates. Green d'hide bodies, in particular, tend to be popular due to their high demand.

4. Battlestaves: Crafting battlestaves, such as air, water, or earth battlestaves, is another method to gain Crafting XP. It's a bit slower than some other methods but can be profitable.

5. Silver and Gold Jewelry: Crafting silver or gold jewelry like amulets, bracelets, or rings can be a profitable and moderately fast way to train Crafting. The higher the Crafting level required for an item, the more XP it typically provides.

6. Gem Cutting: Cutting gems and making them into jewelry can also be a decent way to gain Crafting XP. Cutting higher-level gems like diamonds or dragonstones offers better XP rates.

7. Harvesting and Crafting Crystal Seeds: Once you've completed the Mournings End Part II quest, you can access the Prifddinas city. Here, you can harvest crystal seeds and turn them into useful items for Crafting XP.

8. Silver Bolts: Crafting silver bolts is a low-cost method that can yield decent XP rates. However, it may not be the most profitable option.

9. Teak/Mahogany Homes: Building and removing teak or mahogany furniture in the Player-Owned House can provide Crafting XP. This method is relatively expensive but can be very fast if you have the resources.

Remember to check the current prices of materials and finished products on the Grand Exchange to determine which method is both efficient and profitable for your specific situation.
